Senior foreign-trained physicians who completed residency abroad, hold a full foreign license, and have ≥ 4 years of post-residency practice may qualify for a full U.S. license in the selected jurisdiction, then Florida deployment.

  • $2,500 deposit at enrollment.
  • $5,000 balance due only when you obtain a full U.S. license or start a physician job (W-2 or 1099). If neither occurs, the balance is waived.
  • Board/exam/translation/fingerprint fees not included.

Do I need USMLE exams?

Yes. For this path, USMLE Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 are required to qualify for a full U.S. license.

Is ECFMG certification mandatory?

It depends on the jurisdiction. We’ll advise whether ECFMG/FCVS is advantageous or required for your specific route.

Can I go straight to Florida?

After your full U.S. license is issued in the selected jurisdiction, we activate Florida roles that comply with current rules, including a contingent employment offer letter when appropriate.

What documents will I need?

Residency certificate(s), foreign license verification, practice letters (≥4 yrs), IDs, CV, discipline clearance, translations, USMLE transcripts (Steps 1–3), and any jurisprudence results if applicable.
